The success of any telephone campaign is the recognition and respect for the prospect and his/her right to privacy.  We use the following practices to protect the rights of prospects and clients:

• All prospects and customers who request not to be called by our clients and/or Blue Valley are removed from those calling files.
• All Do Not Call requests by customers are honored. We subscribe to all federal and state not-for-telephone solicitation lists, updating our lists on a regular basis.
• When using outside lists, all tapes are run against our in-house suppression list.

We make a concerted effort to treat all customers with dignity and respect because we know our future success depends on this approach to a greater degree than ever before. We are committed to maintaining these policies.

Web Visitors

Our web server automatically recognizes each visitor to our web pages, taking note of the visitor's domain name, the page the visitor came from, what browser the visitor is using, what operating system the visitor is using and the most common pages that are viewed. 

We believe it is important to have an efficient, well-designed and functional web site that provides needed information and does not waste our visitors' time. The data helps us in determine ways to improve our site through navigational, content and graphical enhancements.

None of our data is tied to an identified individual and no attempt is made to identify specific visitors. The information is reviewed in aggregated form, trends evaluated and then it is discarded.

Email and Information Requests

Persons who request information about our services and supply their names, email and postal addresses will be added to our database to receive future informational mailings related to their inquiries. All communications with clients and prospective clients carry opt-out provisions so it is easy to remove yourself from our lists. Our privacy guarantee is iron-clad:

(1) We will never sell, rent, or give away your address to any outside party, ever; (2) We will never send you any unrequested e-mail, besides newsletter or informational updates; and (3) All unsubscribe requests are always honored immediately, period.
